Cameron BARTON ® 7000 line generator meters are suitable for a wide variety of accurate applications for measuring liquids. Based on over 40 years of experience in motor production, the integrated collection presents a wide variety of dimensions, equipment, beating structures and choices.

BARTON Series 7000 Liquid Turbine Meter Specifications

The mean K factor is determined by the application of air as the sample material for each engine. Standard screening with 8 flow prices evenly distributed across the flow range and 2 repeatable levels is conducted. The meter linearity indicates that the median of all inputs is not exceeded by any linear meter data point. In a direct tube frame of the same diameter as the turbine meter which extends upstream to a minimum of 10 diameter and upstream to five diameters should be installed to ensure accurately processed. Specifically for a large number of exact measurement applications, the flowmeter of the Barton 7000 series. They can handle large flow volumes and act as an autonomous design, with lower stress drops than other meters, for long-lasting accuracy. Their high frequency digital manufacturing is perfect for digital reader interfaces. The two-directional symmetric structure in the Series 7000 supports flow-reverse tasks without reducing the precision or flow capacity.

The fluid moves over the diffuser area and is increased to a multi-blade turbine rotor with hydrodynamic control. The speed of the rotor is proportional to the flow rate. The Pick-up reticence (on the meter) reads the movements of each tip while the rotor rotates and generates a flow rate-equivalent sine wave signal. The rotor is the only moveable part of the Barton turbine flowmeter. The small, lightweight rotor hubs guarantee a rapid reaction to system flow changes. The rotor is hydro-dynamically maintained and the mechanical thrust leveling eliminated in practice. This small friction structure improves straightforward measurements and reduces wear.
